Financial Reporting and Regulatory Update - Fourth Quarter 2005

This FSP provides guidance on two questions: In what circumstances, if any, do the terms of loan products give rise to a concentration of credit risk as that term is used in FASB Statement No. 107, Disclosures about Fair Value of Financial Instruments; What disclosures or other accounting considerations apply for entities that originate, hold, guarantee, service, or invest in loan products whose terms may give rise to a concentration of credit risk.
